YOGA BASICS

Level I
This class is offered to those students that have never taken yoga, or are in need of learning the basic fundamentals of yoga. I teach breath and body awareness, asana (poses), pranayama (breathing techniques), and an introduction to meditation.

Level II 

I offer this class to students that have taken level I or have a basic knowledge and have been practicing yoga for at least one year. These classes are modified for any special needs or skill level.

At this time I am blending the Level I and Level II classes together.  I also offer meditation classes when there is a desire and need, requested from my students.  Call for more information.
